A one-page abstract, comprehensive of one figure (optional but recommended) and all relevant references, must be sent to euromech609@unige.it .

Registration fees
Early bird registration (in person)
- PhD Student *: 290€
- Regular : 340€
Late registration (in person)
- PhD Student* : 340€
- Regular : 390€
"Online event" registration
- Regular : 100€
Reported fees are intended for EUROMECH members.
Membership to EUROMECH is mandatory.
Non-members are requested to pay at least the 1-year EUROMECH
membership
(membership costs: 30€ for 1 year or 150€ for 5 years).
The registration fee for the in-person event also includes:
- Printed version of the Book of Abstract
- Stationery and other conference material
- Coffee and Tea Breaks
- Welcome Cocktail and Gala Dinner

Please check your membership here (only surname must be typed).
Cancellation policy
The registration of participation is binding. Cancellation must be made in writing to euromech609@unige.it by the 1st July 2021. By this date, the registration fees will be reimbursed. No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after the 1st July 2021.
Similarly, it is possible to switch from "in-person" to "online" modality by the 1st July 2021.
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
